What we collect
When you use the enquiry form, we receive your email address, the message you write, the type of enquiry you choose (spec sheet, sample or other query) and, if you opened the form from a product, which product it was. We also record which page the request came from. We do not ask for anything else.
Why we collect it
We use these details only to reply to your enquiry, send what you asked for and follow up on it. We do not sell your details or add you to a mailing list.
Who processes it
The website is hosted by Cloudflare. Enquiries are delivered to our sales team by email through Web3Forms. If website analytics are switched on, Google Analytics receives anonymous usage data such as the pages visited; it does not receive what you type into our forms. WhatsApp conversations are handled by WhatsApp under its own privacy policy.
Map and published contact details
The Find us here map in the Contact section is provided by Google Maps. It loads only when you scroll to the Contact section, and at that point Google receives your IP address and browser details under its own privacy policy. Nothing is sent to Google before then. Our company email address (chemasteryingredients@gmail.com), phone number and address are published on this website so that you can reach us, and you may write to us there at any time.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to handle the enquiry and any business relationship that follows.
